This is a very strange word. How can something be not possible to manage? 3-2-1 Thursday newsletter from James Clear opened up this topic for me this week. Just to look back at my own hard situation that looked very unmanageable.
I believe that stuck to solve a problem for too long is extremely hard. Not just for people around us, but especially for ourselves.

The road out from our problems
could be well hidden.
“If you’re stuck on a problem, try solving it at a different level.
If you ask, “What can we do to create a more unified country?” then you end up with vague answers that are difficult to implement. The problem is mostly unmanageable at that level.
But if you ask, “What can I do to create a more unified neighborhood?” then you can likely think of many small things you can do to connect your friends and neighbors.
Zoom in or zoom out. Problems that seem impossible at one level are often quite accessible from a different one.”

What I do when I’m trying to zoom in or zoom out?
Sleep over – fresh mind brings often bright ideas. I like this approach, even it can bring some level of stress – to me or to other people that are expecting solution immediately.
Make some analyses – like write down good/bad outcomes. Complex problems often may need SWOT analyses. And good sleep over.
Talk to people – it is generally better to over-communicate. Even you are having not a clue about the solution. It will bring more transparency to other party.
