Some things in the world tell me, “This is what you should do.” One of them is writing a PM journal. 

Where do I want to go with this project? It all started with a simple idea: I wish to be able to write down unstructured text, such as a meeting idea that came to my or somebody else’s mind. This will all be stored somewhere and pushed to a GenAI processor familiar with all project documents. Now, the game can start: playing with sentiment and gaining insights from many people working on the project. 

The diary will collect thoughts and inspirations that can be used for project improvements. I need to design the architecture to store personalised diaries, with access limited to simple members only and, of course, to be able to feed the AI processor easily. For now, my mind is somewhere between SharePoint lists and Co-pilot, but I will see where it goes later.
