I've spent twenty years getting software projects over the line — in banks, telcos, and critical communications, in four countries, through methods that worked and a few that spectacularly didn't. The last several years I've focused on one question: what does delivery look like when AI is on the team? I consult on that by day — and I test my own answer in public: mindFinancier, a disciplined-investing app I designed and shipped solo with AI-era tooling. Alongside it, I manage my family's capital openly as an eToro Popular Investor, because I think people who give advice should be visible taking their own. This site is where the threads meet — and where I think out loud about what compounds: skills, businesses, and money.
